The practices of yoga, meditation, and mantra have been around since early humanity and still hold value in our modern and frenetic lives.
I believe that yoga is for everybody and you don’t have to completely clear your mind in meditation to reap the rewards. These practices create a ripple effect of positivity. I believe that yoga and meditation, complement a balanced life, not just physically, but mentally and even spiritually. These practices create awareness within the self, and a deeper connection with those around you.
Yoga has been a huge part of my personal health journey and has helped me move through the world in a calmer and more grounded nature.

I emphasize proper alignment & connection of the breath within each posture.
Meditation
I remind through guided meditation the power of the breath. I believe that the breath is key. Awareness of our breath is one of the most powerful tools we can harness.
